our products.

therefore also governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian
Privacy Principles, in addition to the United States laws described below.

Name, email
address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment information
when you place an order or create an account.
Health-related
information you voluntarily share, such as your GLP-1 medication use, when you
contact us or participate in optional onboarding.
Communications
you send us via email, contact forms, or customer support channels.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Log data,
including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the
Site.
Device
information, including hardware model, operating system, and unique device
identifiers.
Cookie and
tracking data, as described in Section 5 below.

Payment
processors (Shopify Payments) may share transaction confirmation data.

Inc. and TikTok Inc. - advertising pixels for ad targeting and measurement
(blocked pre-consent per Section 5).
Google LLC
(Google Analytics and Google Ads) - site analytics and advertising.
Okendo - customer
reviews and loyalty program.
Skio -
subscription management.
Our third-party
logistics (3PL) fulfillment partner - order picking, packing, and shipping.

authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GOLP, our

4.4 If GOLP is
involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be

cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Site, analyze usage,

Personal Information" link in the Site footer. We will respond within 45
days. If we deny your request, you may appeal by contacting us at the same

6.2 Other
State Residents (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Similar Laws)
Residents of
Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy
laws have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal
information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights,
contact us at hello@golp.co. You also have the right to appeal a denial of your
request.
Regardless of
your state or country of residence, you may request access to or correction of
the personal information we hold about you by contacting hello@golp.co.
If you are not
satisfied with our response, you may also complain to the Office of the
Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
7. Consumer
Health Data
7.1 Because golp
markets to individuals using GLP-1 medications, certain information you share
with us - including your medication use or health goals - may constitute
"consumer health data" under the Washington My Health My Data Act and
similar state laws.
7.2 We will not
collect, use, or share your health-related information without your separate,
explicit consent. A dedicated consent mechanism is provided at account creation
and email signup. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at
hello@golp.co.
7.3 We do not
sell consumer health data. We do not use geofencing near healthcare facilities
to collect health data.
7.4 To request
deletion of your consumer health data, email hello@golp.co with the subject
line "Health Data Deletion Request."
8. SMS
Marketing
8.1 If you opt in
to SMS marketing, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from
GOLP at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
8.2 Message
frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
8.3 To opt out,
reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP. For more information,

8.4 GOLP is not
liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Data
Retention
9.1 We retain
transaction records and associated personal information for 7 years to comply
with tax and financial reporting obligations.
9.2 We retain
marketing and customer support data for 3 years from your last interaction with
us, unless you request deletion earlier.
9.3 We retain
consumer health data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for
which it was collected, or as required by law.
10. Data
Security and Breach Notification
10.1 We implement
reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your
information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
10.2 No method of
transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee
absolute security.
10.3 In the event
of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and
relevant authorities as required by applicable United States law and, where
applicable, the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988
(Cth).
11. Children's Privacy
11.1 The Site is
not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected
personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete it

12. Changes

12.1 We may
update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be
posted to the Site with a revised effective date. Material changes will be
